Our flagship BATCH Box arrives every two months, while most other BATCHes drop monthly. 

The frequency is displayed with the pricing for each BATCH as you sign up, so you’ll always know when your next BATCH is due.

Because the best brands - from cult favourites to the most covetable emerging names - are far more likely to offer a limited quantity of their best products than thousands of units at a time.

So rather than scaling endlessly and padding drops with cheap filler just to make up the numbers, we cap our BATCHes at a level that lets us maintain the standard we promised - and make sure every drop genuinely delivers more value than the price of membership.

The flagship BATCH arrives every two months. You can pay monthly, per drop or annually upfront - whichever suits you.

The monthly option simply divides each BATCH into two easier payments; your box will still arrive every two months.

Once the first monthly payment for an upcoming BATCH has been processed, your place is secured and your box is allocated. The second payment therefore completes that purchase. You can still cancel your membership at any time, with cancellation taking effect from the following BATCH.

If the piece you want isn’t available to swap, you may find it listed for sale at a members-only price capped by the BATCH team so everyone plays fair.

The BATCH Exchange is our members-only space designed to make every drop go further.

Members can exchange products from any BATCH - not just the one they subscribe to - and earn points along the way through not only those exchanges, but also by leaving online reviews and social UGC. The points begin adding up before your eyes.

Those points are like BATCH gold. Redeem them for limited offers beyond our regular drops, including special releases and selected luxury pieces available exclusively to BATCH members.

Of course. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account - no awkward phone call required.

If the payment cycle for your next BATCH hasn’t begun, your cancellation will take effect immediately. If the first monthly payment has already been processed, that BATCH has been reserved for you, so the remaining payment will complete its purchase and your cancellation will take effect from the following BATCH.

If you’ve paid annually, cancelling will stop your next annual renewal. You’ll continue receiving the BATCHes already included in your current membership term.
