Subscription Cancellation Policy

BATCH memberships renew automatically according to the billing schedule agreed to at checkout.

You can cancel future membership renewals through your account or by emailing hello@batchbox.com.au.

Membership payments contribute towards upcoming BATCH drops. By joining, members acknowledge that their membership represents a commitment to the upcoming drop, and that BATCH relies on these commitments to secure products, prepare orders and allocate limited membership places.

Once a commitment to a drop has been made, members remain responsible for completing the payments associated with that drop, even if they choose to cancel future renewals, subject to their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The applicable commitment terms, payment schedule and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before checkout.

If a payment fails and remains outstanding after reasonable notice, we may suspend or cancel the membership and release the place to another customer.

When a membership is cancelled, the membership place may be offered to someone on our waitlist.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
