BATCH (batchbox.com.au) is operated by Brands United Group Pty Ltd (ABN 77 154 785 074), trading as BATCH.

These terms apply to purchases, memberships and use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Memberships & Billing

BATCH® is a curated subscription service offering different membership options, each with its own pricing, billing frequency and delivery schedule, as displayed at checkout.

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these terms. Payments are collected using your nominated payment method.

Some memberships may involve instalment payments towards an upcoming BATCH. Where applicable, the total price, payment schedule and conditions of commitment will be clearly disclosed before checkout.

Membership places may be limited and are confirmed upon successful checkout.

2. Waitlists

Joining a waitlist is free and does not guarantee membership. Available places may be offered to waitlisted customers as they become available.

3. Cancellations

Members can cancel future renewals through their account or by contacting hello@batchbox.com.au.

Cancelling a membership releases the membership place, which may be offered to another customer.

Where a member has already committed to an upcoming BATCH, cancellation of future renewals does not automatically cancel that existing commitment. Any outstanding payment obligations and applicable cancellation rights are governed by the terms disclosed when that commitment was made and by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Payments & Price Changes

If a payment fails, we may retry it and request updated payment details. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice, we may suspend or cancel the membership and offer the place to someone on our waitlist.

Any payment or refund obligations relating to an existing BATCH will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and Australian Consumer Law.

We may adjust membership prices from time to time. Existing members will receive advance notice of changes affecting future renewals and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may change between curation and dispatch. Where necessary, we may substitute an item with a comparable alternative, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds for dispatched BATCHes.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, missing or not as described, please contact hello@batchbox.com.au with your order details and, where possible, photographs.

We'll assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including refunds, replacements and applicable return postage costs where required.

Please contact us before returning any products so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery destinations, shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Each BATCH is dispatched according to its scheduled delivery period. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Please ensure your address is correct before dispatch. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address information.

If your parcel is missing, delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required by law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, as disclosed where required.

8. The BATCH Exchange

Eligible members may access the BATCH Exchange to exchange products with other members, and participate in our rewards program.

Participation is subject to the BATCH Exchange rules. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. General

Members must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and contact information.

BATCH branding, website content and other intellectual property are protected by applicable laws.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
